On Call Design/Build Construction Services

Project Summary- Provide on-call design/build construction services for Charles County Public Schools on projects of varying size, complexity, cost, and duration. The Design Build Contractor shall be required to include in their individual project proposals; all General conditions, project management and oversight, all trade/sub-contractor labor and materials, as well as any professional design services necessary to complete the work or required by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction to provide a turn-key project to CCPS. The need for professional services (if any) will vary between projects. The minimum Professional Services required by CCPS will be identified in the bridging documents and may or may not include those deemed necessary by Authorities having Jurisdiction (AHJ),design of Civil, Structural, and MEP work associated with, or triggered by the work. The Design Build Contractor’s design professionals will be the architect/Engineers of record for each project.
