| Description | The furnishing and installing of a complete addressable voice fire alarm system for the Baltimore City Public Schools at Fallstaff PK-8 School Building #241 as described herein and as shown on the drawings. The work covered by this project includes the furnishing of all equipment, labor, materials, and performance of all operations, including temporary protection and required scaffolding associated with the installation. 2. Provide new signage for all doors and exits. 3. Provide scaffolding and temporary protection as required to provide the required work in the multi-purpose room, mechanical room, and gymnasium areas. Any removal and reinstallation of the existing seating to accommodate scaffolding is the sole responsibility of the contractor. |
