Southwest High School Renovation

Phase 1: Summer 2019-Winter 2019 1. Robotics/Engineering Reno: Conversion of current lab and another classroom to create larger space. 2. Media Center Reno: Remodel of library to create a more functional, spacious area, including collaboration rooms 3. Front Entry Addition: Small addition and feature wall to create a grander entry to the school, the addition will create 3 usable spaces for admin features along with a secured vestibule. 4. Arts/AV Wing: Complete renovation of the current wing to create a state-of-the art Audio Visual, TV, & Graphics wing Phase 2: Winter 2019-Summer 2020 1. Mechanical Courtyard Infills: Closing in 3 mechanical yards to create interior classroom space. 2. Roof Repair Work: Repair/replacement of current roofing system. 3. Upgrade Electrical: Upgrade switchgear, install new lighting throughout, improve current electrical throughout the school where required for new technology. 4. Corridor Improvements: New ceilings throughout the school, cosmetic work to transform existing hallways, removal of lockers to create collaborative spaces or storage. 5. Science Wing- Remodel of current classrooms and labs to create a state-of-the-art science lab, classrooms, and a collaborative hallway. Phase 3: Summer 2020-Summer 2021 1. Cafeteria Improvements: New ceiling throughout cafeteria, cosmetic repairs, extend current storefront to create more space. 2. Auditorium Lobby: Extend storefront to capture the roof covered walkway for interior collaboration space and general seating. 3. Stage Ramp: Install ADA compliant ramp to the stage to replace non-compliant ramp. 4. Courtyard: Exterior improvements to current courtyard, hardscape and landscape. 5. Remaining Classroom/Admin Remodel: Cosmetic work in classrooms, new ceilings, new lighting, new technology to be installed. 6. Landscaping: Landscape removal and replacement for new entry, around campus as needed.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
