Description

Remove and dispose of fuel/sludge per Attachment B. Any fuel or residual product that will be disposed of the contractor will be responsible to coordinate with environmental and safety authorities having jurisdiction to obtain and execute required permits, manifests, etc. Clean the tank and perform an internal AST inspection to also include the visual inspection of the containment area.
