Anchorage Regional Landfill Interim Scrim Cover

Install approximately 150,000 sf of reinforced geomembrane cover over the exposed Drain Layer Material on the Southeast side slope of Cell 9A. Install approximately 64,750 sf of reinforced geomembrane cover over the exposed Drain Layer Material on the Southwest side slope of Cell 8B. Install overlying geosynthetic ballast system over Cell 9A and 8B geomembrane cover. Storm water drainage to infiltration basins. Install approximately 82,120 sf of reinforced geomembrane cover over the exposed Drain Layer Material on the East side slope of Cell 11/12 (Bid Alternate 1). Install overlying geosynthetic ballast system on East side slope of Cell 11/12 (Bid Alternate 1) Install approximately 10,000 sf of reinforced geomembrane cover and overlying geosynthetic ballast system over Operations-installed LFG trench (Bid Alternate 2). Supply and deliver an additional quantity (20,000 sf) of reinforced geomembrane cover and geosynthetic ballast (Bid Alternate 3). Install an additional quantity (20,000 sf) of reinforced geomembrane cover and geosynthetic ballast (Bid Alternate 4).
