Annual On-Call Water and Wastewater Maintenance and Repair Services

SJRA is seeking one or more contractors for Annual On-Call, Stand-By Water and Wastewater Maintenance and Repair Services for Scheduled and Unscheduled Work. Question Cutoff Date 5/6/2022 11:00:00 AM (ET) The deadline for written questions is Friday, May 11, 2022 at @ 10:00 A.M. CST. This deadline has been established in order to provide adequate time for SJRA staff to prepare responses to questions from Respondents to the best of their ability in advance of the due date and time. Each Work Order will determine the need for Payment and Performance Bonds. The cost for Payment and Performance Bonds must be a line item in the proposed cost in each Work Order Earliest Award by SJRA June 2022 The initial term of the Agreement shall become effective from date of acceptance and approval by SJRA. It shall remain in full force and effect with firm fixed Proposal prices for twelve (12) months SJRA may accept or reject any or all pricing proposals, and may issue a separate RFP for the products after rejecting some or all of the proposals. The commodities and services covered under this provision shall conform to the scope of work, specifications, and requirements as outlined in the request.
