Description

The Phoenix Avenue Bridge and Waterline Replacement Project will replace the Rio de Flag box culvert (which runs beneath Phoenix Avenue and the Zani building) and will upsize the current waterline to a 12” waterline in Phoenix Avenue from Mikes Pike to Beaver Street as part of the City’s Aging Infrastructure Program. Phoenix Avenue will be reprofiled and lowered to achieve a standard street section, roadway surface drainage issues will be addressed, edge improvements will be made, as needed, and the roadway will be repaved. This summary is not a comprehensive account of the work.
