Stormwater Improvements - Hampton From Seminole to Cherokee

**As of April 4, 2023, project was awarded to Brothers Excavating Company, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Springfield is seeking qualified contractors to perform stormwater improvements. This project consists of installation of approximately twothousand linear feet of underground stormwater pipe, associated inlet, and junction structures along McGee, Hampton, and Seminole. Construction includes new concrete sidewalks and driveway aprons, as well as City Utilities gas and water relocations and renewals within the general project area along Seminole, Hampton, and McGee. All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Sec 290.210 et seq., R.S. Mo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri and regulations promulgated by the Division of Labor. The City of Springfield hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
