On-Call Carpentry Repairs/Services

Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform all General Carpentry Repairs/Services at the Atlantic City Housing Authority properties. This includes but not limited to the following: 1. Construct, alter, repair and maintain floors, roofs, windows, cabinets, frames and other items that may use power tools such as drills, jointer, sanders, saws and other equipment used in the Carpentry trade. 2. Remove walls, install partitions and steps, alter rooms or add to existing structures using Carpentry power tools. 3. Replace/repair kitchen and bathroom items. 4. Install and finish drywall (drywall must be painted if you install a new one), paneling, siding, roofing and other prefabricated material. 5. Install wood, laminate, ceramic, VCT or cement floors. 6. Install glass, ceiling tile, cabinets, counter tops, windows, and other items as necessary to complete work. 7. Unlimited service during normal business hours. 8. Twenty-four hour, seven day a week on-call service. 9. Provide proper supervision and assist in training lower-level carpenters and issue complete instructions to staff on proper use of all equipment.
