Description

The project consists of asphalt surfacing of two gravel roadways being approximately 0.37 miles of Buttress Avenue and 0.18 miles of Port Avenue. The project generally maintains the existing horizontal and vertical alignments and involves scarification, gravel supplementation, and reshaping of the existing gravel roadways prior to placement of the asphalt surface. Project work includes, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, gravel placement, drainage structures, erosion control, asphalt paving, erosion control, pavement marking, traffic control, seeding and mulching, and other items typically associated with road and bridge construction.
