Baseline and Foothills Trunk Sewer Line Replacement

Baseline and Foothills Trunk Sewer Replacement Project, located within both the city of Boulder limits and in unincorporated Boulder County. The project primarily consists of construction of approximately 7,350 linear feet (lf) of gravity sanitary sewer piping ranging from 10-inch to 36-inch pipe sizes, along with associated manholes, service lines, and other components for the system. The sewer scope generally consists of the following quantities of open cut sanitary sewer pipe: 400 lf of 36-inch 2,350 lf of 27-inch 2,050 lf of 24-inch 2,400 lf of 15-inch 150 lf of 10-inch In addition to the sanitary sewer piping, the project also includes: Trenchless crossing of existing box culvert Relocation of existing waterlines, including wet tap of existing 24 IN prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) transmission main Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes Abandonment of existing sanitary sewer pipes and manholes All necessary traffic control, erosion control, dewatering, sanitary sewer bypassing, site restoration, and other ancillary items necessary to complete the work.
