The SCA has determined that the work under this solicitation involves HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Fitting and Electrical Work. Solicitation has been publicly, advertised only contractors that are pre-qualified with the sca are eligible to submit bids for this project. Effective immediately the subject line of all bids must contain the word bid Followed by the exact solicitation number followed by the full name of the Firm. Liquidated Damages: Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day. Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA.
