NORTH BRUNSWICK TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTES Notice is hereby given that quotes will be received by the Township of North Brunswick Purchasing Department, Middlesex County, New Jersey for the following: CONTRACT NO: DESCRIPTION: PRO22043 ONE SEWER CAMERA Documents for the said goods and services were prepared by the Department of Public Works and are filed in the office of the Purchasing Agent at 710 Hermann Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey. Documents are also available online at www.northbrunswicknj.gov under "Services", "Submit a BID/RFP/RFQ" link. Quotes must be submitted in the manner designated in the Instructions. Quotes must be submitted online ONLY via the link on the Township's website. Quotes must be received by the website's "lockbox" and submitted by Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. The Quote shall be awarded under the "New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play" Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A- 20.4 et seq. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975 c. 127. (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. The successful respondent shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1974.
