Electrical Services

The Town of Palm Beach reserves the right to award on an All-or-None basis to one bidder or to award on a Lot-by-Lot with a designated Primary / Secondary / Tertiary assigned to each lot, whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid and in the best interest of and/or most advantageous to the Town of Palm Beach, when applicable. Prior to completion of each contract term, the Town may consider an adjustment to price due to increases or decreases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI); but in no event will the prices be increased or decreased by a percentage greater than the percentage change outlined and reflected in the regionally published CPI for the Southern United States Region. Price adjustments shall be for the average percentage increase/decrease from January to June of the period prior to the renewal . The purpose of this bid is to provide annual contractual electrical services for the Town of Palm Beach. The successful contractor shall provide electrical services including but not limited to installation, repair, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, standby and temporary electrical service on an as needed basis, and any work deemed necessary as directed by the Contract Coordinator or the Town of Palm Beach designee. Successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, expertise, labor, supervision, licensing, permits and the transportation necessary to perform in good workmanlike manner the services required by the Town.
