MLK Warehouse Structural Upgrades

Furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required for the removal and replacement of existing retaining block wall, upgrade stair guardrails and handrails to meet present code requirements, removal and replacement of existing gutter drain system with underground drain system, replacement of existing wooden fence with 6 foot chain link fencing with privacy slats, remove two existing hackberry trees and replace existing landscape at the TWC MLK Warehouse building located at 101 East Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78702. The TWC intends to continue to occupy the building during construction and therefore the work must not interfere with normal business operations.
