The resulting contractor shall repair a large HVAC system in building 90029, in accordance with the attachments listed in Section J. - This requirement is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. - Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $1M & $5M -Pre-bid site visit : Information can be found in Section L - 2.1 - Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. - This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Requests must be received on/before 8 August 2022, 2:00pm (Central Daylight Time). All individuals will enter through the commercial visitor inspection (CVI) gate located off of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Please allow extra time to obtain your pass. A maximum of three (3) personnel per potential offeror will be allowed to attend the site visit. 2.2. Bid opening will be conducted at the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron Conference Room, located at 350 Tully Street, Bldg. 90039, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The bid opening date is 1 September at 2:00 pm (Central Time). NOTE: Offerors that are denied access to the installation and are unable to deliver bid packages will not be considered for award if the bid package is not received prior to the time set for the close of the invitation for bids. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days[Contracting Officer insert number] calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 365 calendar days.* The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. * The Contracting Officer shall specify either a number of days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed, or a calendar date.
