| Description | APN- 466-09-30 IT The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: new PG&E transformer, new main switchboard (MSB), meters, panels and underground electrical infrastructure, as well as coordination with PG&E for power switchover. Upgrade existing electrical supply to provide separate meters for the water tower and Eaton Plaza. All associated saw cutting, concrete work and landscaping as required. No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class "A", "B" or C-10" Contractor's License issued by the State of California.
