2021 - 2022 Street Improvements

Estimate: $4.5 - $4.7 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 08/07/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Scope: Asphalt and concrete improvements on road sections within Commerce (varying 10 to 38 wide). Project will require approximately 11,200 SY of asphalt, 8,850 LF of concrete curb and gutter, fire hydrant replacement, 4,317 LF of waterline installation, and 4,170 LF of sewer line installation. Approximately, 15 SY of concrete sidewalk, 2,250 of concrete driveway, 530 SY of asphalt driveway, and 12 CY of concrete flume and concrete valley gutter will be installed. Additionally, 2,616 LF of pavement markings will be installed along Monroe Street. Questions are to be submitted using the question-and-answer process on the procurement website. Responses to questions posted on the procurement website will be posted for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 15th, 2023.
