Description

The servicing company will be required to test each of the sites’ water system loops on a monthly basis and inspect all cooling towers for biological growth, foam, sludge, scale and check for tower deterioration. and supply chemicals as needed (No Dry Chemicals). A monthly report will be required on each site as it is serviced. Servicing company will also take care of the site’s controls, pumps and water softeners and their working condition.
