Golden Ocala Fire Station 20 Expansion

This project entails demolishing the existing parking lot on the east side of Marion County Fire Station #20, installing new underground utilities, and constructing a new parking lot on the west side of the building. It is essential that access for emergency vehicles is maintained at all times during this project. All bids should include the following: 1. A complete list of inclusions, exclusions and/or deviations from the attached bid documents 2. A detailed breakdown of cost included in the proposal 3. Proposed schedule or duration of work including any long lead material delivery times 4. +- 153 L.F. of 6” sleeve and saddle across Hwy 225A (Plans call this out as being installed as a part of the intersection improvement project however this work will need to be completed with the Fire station project) 5. Coordination to maintain and ensure emergency vehicle access at all times 6. Coordination with current road work to Hwy 27 and Hwy 225A
