Delta Woods & Pioneer Park Automatic Gates & New Fencing

Hernando County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified Vendor/Contractor to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to add a solar-powered automatic gate to Pioneer Park (Skate Park) and to Delta Woods Park to increase the security of the two park sites, as well as black vinyl coated chain link fence to Delta Woods Park. The work to be performed or delivered under this contract will be performed at or delivered to Delta Woods Park, 3400 Deltona Blvd., Spring Hill, FL and Pioneer Park, 6799 Pinehurst Dr., Spring Hill, FL, in Hernando County, Florida. Question Deadline 06/12/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The Purchasing and Contracts Department will post addenda on the Countys eProcurement Portal to all questions in accordance with the Solicitation Instructions. It is the responsibility of prospective Bidders to visit the eProcurement Portal to ensure that they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the bid documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance.
