As-Needed Water Tank Cleaning, Assessment, and Repair Services

Potable water and reclaimed water tank cleaning, assessment and repair services. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable. Services will include, as needed, a detailed exterior and interior assessment, which includes detailed video documentation, on Prestressed Concrete Potable Water and Reclaimed Storage Tanks located in Pasco County. The County currently has eighteen (18) sites, however, the County reserves the right to add or delete sites, as necessary. The County will provide all available information on each tank prior to commencing the field investigation and will fill each tank before any work begins. Dive Inspections and Dry Inspections are both acceptable practice standards.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
