Capital Improvement Project 2022 Phase 2 - Mechanical Construction

Classroom renovations, ceiling replacements, parking lot improvements, sidewalk replacements, tennis court resurfacing, and various MEP upgrades. Project Locations: Eden Elementary School 8289 North Main Street Eden, NY 14057 Grover L. Priess Primary School 3000 Schoolview Road Eden, NY 14057 Middle/High School 3150 Schoolview Road Eden, NY 14057 1. All mechanical demolition, including duct, pipe and all associated mechanical equipment to facilitate, the Mechanical Contractor (Contract #204) Scope of Work, or to meet code requirements. 2. Coordinate cutting of all openings through roof deck with the General Trades Contractor (Contract #202). 3. Patching of all surfaces exposed due to mechanical equipment replacement or piping removal. 4. Surfaces scheduled to receive new finishes per the room finish schedule are to be patched and ready to receive the new finish. Other areas to be patched and matched to adjacent surfaces. 5.Cutting of openings required for ductwork in existing partitions and any necessary support of new openings.
