| Description | Navajo Nation Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services Chinle Outpatient Treatment Center is in need of a roof covering replacement of existing rolled roofing of approximately 11,772 s.f., and an evaluation and repairs to existing pro panel sections of the roof. 1. Remove existing rolled roofing material, fasteners and underlayment. 2. Prepare the exposed roof material to accept the new roofing material. 3. Install approximately 11,772 s.f. “TPO” roofing material. 4. Contractor is responsible for field verifying measurements 5. Inspect existing pro panel metal roofs on all areas. 6. Repair and areas of concern of the existing pro panel roofing. 7. Contractor must provide product cut sheets and specifications 8. Extended warranty for workmanship, parts, and repairs. | ||
