| Description | REQUEST FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following will be received in the NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE AUTHORITY, Administration Building, 1 Turnpike Plaza, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095, at time indicated. Overhead Doors Repair and Replacement All Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the successful Bidder. t is the intention of the Authority to issue a Purchase Order / "NOA" for the procurement of OVERHEAD DOORS REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT. Items purchased under this contract will be delivered as directed by the Authority. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the Authority's discretion and Contractor's concurrence. |
