Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations: Rehabilitation, Repair and Replacement

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the City's Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the project. It is a phased project, comprised of thirteen (13) lift stations in two (2) phases. This phase includes replacement of three (3) lift stations (LS 4, 5 21) and rehabilitation of seven (7) lift stations (LS 6, 7, 10, 11, 22, 23 24). The work is separated into the six (6) Bid Manuals listed below; Equipment Bid Manuals: 1. Control Panel Bid Manual Control panel procurement for all thirteen (13) lift stations. 2. Submersible Pump Bid Manual Submersible centrifugal sewage pump procurement for all thirteen (13) lift stations. 3. Back-Up Diesel Pump Bid Manual Procurement of nine (9) diesel engine driven bypass pumps. Installation Bid Manuals: 4. Multiple Lift Station Contractor Bid Manual Installation of mechanical, concrete, dewatering, bypass pumping, MOT, landscape, and civil site improvements at ten (10) lift stations. 5. Electrical Contractor Bid Package Installation of control panels provided by CMAR, plus electrical and instrumentation work at ten (10) lift stations. 6. Remote Telemetry Contractor Bid Manual Installation of remote telemetry units and SCADA communication integration at ten (10) lift stations.
