| Description | The project consists of rehabilitation, replacement and upgrades to HVAC equipment at the Easterly WWTP, Southerly WWTP, Westerly WWTC and at EMSC. The work generally consists of the following major equipment and associated electrical, piping, controls, ductwork and accessories per contract drawings and specifications: - Replacement and upgrades of 4 air handling units - Replacement and upgrades of 6 make-up air units - Replacement and upgrades of 4 heating and ventilating units - Replacement and upgrades of 5 roof top HVAC units - Replacement of 5 condensing units - Replacement of 4 steam heating coils - Replacement of 28 exhaust and supply fans - Installation of 7 VRF heating and air conditioning units - Installation of 18 variable air volume terminal units - Replacement and upgrades to 3 intake and relief hoods - Modification and upgrades to 1 air handling unit - Replacement of flue ductwork from 1 air handler |
