Description

Consulting services for a Rate Study for the Bloomfield Township Drinking Water System and Sanitary Sewer System. Bloomfield Township reviews and sets water and sewer rates annually, as approved by the Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees. The water and sewer rates are calculated based on the annual water and sewer fund projection, projected supplier expenses, expected annual debt obligations, funding of the water and sewer operating reserve fund, and funding of the water and sewer capital improvement program.
