C. Abbreviated Written Summary: Briefly, and without effect upon Contract Documents, Work of Contract can by summarized as follows: 1. The Work includes but is not limited to: Site Development of earthwork, fill, drainage structures, site concrete constructions, utilities, fencing and landscaping in preparation for the construction of the Baseball and Softball Fields. 2. Supply all labor, materials, transportation, apparatus, light, scaffolding, tools and do everything necessary for the entire proper execution and completion of the Work. Install, maintain and remove all equipment of construction and other tools, and be responsible for the safe, proper and lawful maintenance and use of same. Construct this Project in the best and most workmanlike manner and do everything properly incidental thereto as shown on the Drawings, stated in the Specifications or reasonably implied there from, and in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Drawings include Civil, Landscape, Architectural, Electrical, and Security Work. D. Secure all permits, fees and licenses required for the proper execution and completion of the Work. E. Give required notices. F. Comply with codes, ordinances, rules, orders and other legal requirements of public authorities, which bear on performance of the Work. G. Enforce strict discipline and good order among employees. Do not employ on the Work persons who are unfit or unskilled in assigned task. The construction of a baseball and a softball fields along with site utilities, sidewalks, dugouts, bleachers and accessories. Questions Due Date: Sep 7th 2022, 12:00 PM CDT The estimated construction budget is $6,400,000.00 which includes a $600,000.00 contingency.
