Description

Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Building Demo/Removal and restoration at the USACE Kewaunee Area Office. There are three (3) existing, currently unoccupied buildings (5503, 5504, and 5508) to be removed, including the foundation to a depth of one foot below the ground surface. Work includes abatement of asbestos and lead-based paint as needed, and the identification and proper disposal of old light fixtures, appurtenances, and existing building features as needed, according to drawings and statement of work. The anticipated duration of the contract is 3 months.
