Development on City-Owned Land

Development on City-Owned Land Notice is hereby given that the City of Washburn is accepting qualifications from firms to provide the necessary design, plans, specifications, and financing to redevelop all or part of 9.88 acres of land owned by the City of Washburn into a master planned singlefamily residential, multi-family residential, multi-use development, and/or any type of development allowed by zoning. By responding to this RFQ an individual respondent accepts the process outlined in the RFQ and fully acknowledges that the final determination of the City of Washburn Common Council is binding and without appeal. The City Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and/or waive any irregularities if deemed in the best interests of the City. The City of Washburn Common Council reserves the right to select the firm(s) considered most advantageous to the City of Washburn. All respondents accept this process in submitting a proposal. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
