OU Dublin Campus - Medical Education Building 2 Renovation 2020

Ohio University is soliciting qualifications for professional services for renovations at Medical Education Building 2. Medical Education Building 2 is located on the Dublin Campus of Ohio University in Dublin, Ohio. This building was constructed in the mid 1980’s, it contains 3 floors and is approximately 54,000 SF. The first floor was renovated for Ohio University’s use in 2014 and the 2nd and 3rd floors were renovated for the existing tenant’s use in 2005. The project being advertised on this RFQ will consider the needs of several potential tenants for the entire 2nd and 3rd floor (approximately 36000 SF) as well as identify general building deferred maintenance items. Construction will consist of a renovation of the entire 2nd and 3rd floors, which may necessitate renovations on the 1st floor and site. In addition, critical deferred maintenance items for the building are to be addressed. The multiple organizations in the area will be impacted during the course of this project and the selected AE will work with the University to manage this impact.
