Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to Guy Brunell at Guy.M.Brunell@uscg.mil. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by 1000 Eastern Time on SEP 05, 2023. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Crooks@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238170. The small business standard is $19,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the estimated cost range is between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Refer to Section L, 52.237-27, for site visit information. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON Aug 27, 2023. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall, using best industry standard for repairing and resurfacing outdoor combination play court: 3.1: Remove the existing deteriorated vinyl siding and vinyl soffit application from a 1200 sq ft. Office Building. 3.2: Inspect the exterior sheathing for deterioration/loose fasteners. Fasten any loose areas of the sheathing using 6D (2") galvanized nails and spaced according to Local Building Code. Note: If any areas of sheathing need to be replaced, submit to the QAE a proposal for the cost of the additional work and await permission from Contracting Office before proceeding with the repair. 3.3: Using best industry standard, wrap the exterior of the structure using Tyvek house wrap, or industry equivalent. 3.4: Using best industry standard, install new vinyl siding and vinyl soffit to the exterior of the structure. 3.4.1: Siding: Traditional wood grain Vinyl lap. Color will be chosen after award from the manufacturers color palette, but it will be a tan color. 3.4.2: Soffit: Triple Four Non-Vented white vinyl *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
