The Preliminary Project Cost (PPC) for the Project is $ 400,000,000. Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Project Architect/Engineer of $260,000,000. Construct a research support facility to meet the institution’s facility needs. This facility is anticipated to be a free-standing building of approximately 400,000 gross square feet (GSF), located between Bertner Avenue and Cambridge, south of Old Spanish Trail, in the South Campus area of Owner’s Texas Medical Center (TMC) Campus.
