Description

Demolition and disposal of the residential structures (Main house and accessory structures) and site debris located at 19 Cherry Place Lake Peekskill NY 10537, situate in the Town of Cortlandt (tax map ID 12.12-2-33). The structure has been deemed dangerous by the Town. The foundation shall be cut 1 foot from adjacent grade and entirely backfilled. Any dead trees identified and marked by the Town shall be cut and removed from the site. The site shall be left in a clean condition, any excavation backfilled and levelled with clean material, topsoil, hay and seed.
