Medical Complex Boulevard and South Persimmon Street Paving, Utilities, and Drainage

Work of the contract is for the construction of Medical Complex Blvd & S. Persimmon St Paving, Utilities, & Drainage; Project Bid No. 2020-06, City of Tomball Project No. 2017-10005. The work included in this project consists furnishing labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related items for construction. The project includes construction of approximately 27,479 SY of reinforced concrete pavement with concrete curb, 1,923 LF storm sewer piping (24” – 54”), and manholes, 1,662 LF 6’ x 6’ RCB, 4,511 LF 10’x8’ RCB with headwalls and wing walls, 7,405 LF sanitary sewer (8” – 18”), 8,071 LF water line with appurtenances (6” – 12”), and 6,463 LF of gas lines with appurtenances. Installation will include both trenchless and open cut methods. Project includes SWPPP/SWQ and Traffic Control items, complete in place and ready for operation.
