Description | Flooring replacement services at the William P. Hobby Building, Tower 1, located at 333 Guadalupe Street, Austin, TX 78701 1. Demo, haul off, and proper disposal of existing flooring and vinyl base. Contractor shall not use TFC dumpster or trash containers. There is no space onsite for vendor dumpster. Vendor is responsible for removing all waste and debris offsite daily. 2. Minor floor preparation to make ready for new flooring. 3. All furniture lifting, moving and return to original location to allow for flooring installation. 4. Installation of 4" rubber base with toe in areas receiving new carpet. 5.Furnish and Install the following to include adhesive and floor prep: Carpet: Mohawk, Remix, #575 Renewed Blue Rubber Base: 4" w/ toe, All Black/Brown 6. Obtain and verify actual measurements prior to ordering materials. Drawings are provided for bidding purposes only as reference material. 7. Jobsite must be cleaned daily so as not to disrupt employees or normal operations of affected area. 8. Upon completion of the work, area will be cleaned and all debris accumulated will be removed from job site. 9. Contractor shall provide an extra 10 boxes of carpet for stock in addition to any left-over intact stock. 10. Any area with flooring removed must have new flooring installed prior to next business day. 11. Material and labor on installation shall be warranted by Contractor for a period of one-year from the date of acceptance of work by TFC. 12.All work shall be performed outside of regular business hours. Regular business hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Work may be performed anytime on weekends with prior approval of Contract Administrator. | ||
