| Description | This sale is a biomass of 374 acres of hardwoods on the Watermelon Pond Tract of Goethe State Forest in Levy County, Florida. The use of an onsite chipper or grinder will be required. Timber to be harvested in this area will be hardwoods. All hardwoods marked with blue paint will not be harvested. Sale boundaries for the harvest will consist of marked roads and trails on all sides. There is no estimated volume of fuelwood. This will be a twelve (12) month contract. |
