| Description | The Project consists of the following major elements: Approximately 6,800 LF of 21- inch and 3,200 LF of 18-inch gravity sewer with manholes, incidentals, and appurtenances including highway and railroad crossings. Bidders must be listed on Engineer's list of plan holders who have purchased the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings and have been issued the Bid Packet. Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for U.S. Postal Service, physical delivery address, telephone number, email address, and name of contact person. All bidders shall be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) at the time bids are opened. Each bidder shall provide evidence of compliance with the applicable provisions of TCA 62-6-119 for its bid to be considered. |
