AS/SVE Remediation System Installation

The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Project administration, mobilization and demobilization, including utility locates and all temporary facilities and controls 2. Pre- and post-construction topographic surveys 3. Asphalt & concrete demolition and disposal 4. Trenching, backfilling and compacting, including clean soil importing (if needed) 5. Underground pipe installation 6. AS/SVE Concrete pad construction, Bituminous concrete pavement replacement, and AS, SVE and monitoring well head completions 7. Construct turnkey, enclosed AS/SVE System and ship and unload at Site 8. Power Service Drop and Electrical Work 9. Internet connection 10. Final Site Assembly 11. DESCRIPTION OF ALTERNATES Alternative 1: Please provide an alternative AS/SVE System Enclosure lump sum cost (Line Item 12 below) with a Busch MINK MM 1102 BP (A) air sparge compressor and an appropriately sized American Industrial ACA heat exchanger instead of the air sparge compressor and heat exchanger specified in the Contract Drawings and Section 02 50 01b Question Deadline 06/29/2023 at 2:00 PM CT
