Construction of a Metal Building at the Clay Road Community Center

Construction of a 24,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building of Type 2B construction with exterior materials consisting of metal wall panels, stucco and thin masonry veneer for Harris County Precinct 3. The project will consist of metal roofing, interior walls of metal wall studs and gypsum board painted the complete mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
