| Description | Technical questions must be submitted in writing to adam.dellaringa@water.ca.gov The bidder hereby agrees to provide all labour, materials, licenses, permits, and transportation necessary to perform all services required for the foregoing titled work in accordance with the Scope of Work, Exhibit A. The rates listed on this Bid Sheet shall include every item of expense, direct and indirect, including taxes incidental to the specified rates. The cost of security services is to be included in the costs of bid items one, two and three. Security services, even when required by the State, will not be reimbursed through bid items three (special equipment) or four (special services) The anticipated term of this agreement is one (1) year with three (3) one year options to renew The Contractor is required to possess a valid C-57 Well Drilling License with the California State Contractor's License Board. The license must be maintained throughout the contract period |
