Replace wood decking with 2”X6” Trex decking on ramp 3. Replace exterior door and door frame and all the hard ware 4. Seal and paint door and door frame 5. Remove old platform and railings leading to ramp 6. Remove old framing from platform leading to ramp 7. Pour new footing for the frame posts. 8. Install and secure new frame post to footing 9. Reframe for new platform 10. Install new 2”X6” Trex decking and handrails |
