Filter Fabric b.) 30 Tons Class II - Rip Rap c.) 29 EA 12'X3'X3' Gabion Baskets with stone FEMA Repairs - Go Kart Track Project a.) 1 L.S. 10'X10'X14' Cupola b.) 1 L.S. Electrical Service Replacement c.) 1 L.S. 6'X8'X8' Electrical Service Platform d.) 1 L.S. Electrical Service Replacement Deposit includes standard UPS shipping. Partial sets of plans or specifications will not be issued. The Contracts will be awarded by the Owner to the low responsive, responsible, best and qualified Bidder. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of bids. Errors and omissions will not be the cause for withdrawal of bid without forfeit of bid bond. Bids may be withdrawn in person prior to the closing time for receipt of bids.State and Federal Prevailing wage rates will not apply to all contracts of this project.This project is being funded with Funds From FEMA Bidders shall furnish (with bid) bid security equal to 5% of bid.
