Downtown Revitalization Project Phase II

The set up and analysis of existing surface conditions, underground utilities and existing building conditions. The project will remove the existing brick roadway and coordinate the removal and disposal of all roadway materials. The roadway is proposed to be re-built with a new design section to include new storm sewer infrastructure, standard and pervious brick paving, concrete curbing, concrete sidewalks, and urban landscape infrastructure. The new roadway corridor will include the installation of electrical infrastructure to support the new features and technologies outlined in the plans. The roadway construction will also include the installation of bollards at various intersections as outlined in the design plans. The project proposes to remove and replace the existing potable water mains and services along Pennsylvania Avenue between 14th Street and 10th Street as well as the area between Pennsylvania Avenue and Florida Avenue along 10th Street.
