Description

To accomplish the following services and work: design, finance, and construct the Judicial Garage and Professional Garage (collectively “Garages”) and the Pedestrian Bridge at the Indianapolis-Marion County Community Justice Campus (“CJC”) and the adjacent Professional Services Building site. The work and services described above are collectively referred to herein as “the Project”. The selected offeror will provide all design, financing, construction, site work, labor, and materials to develop and construct the Garages and Pedestrian Bridge.
