Description

The successful airport consultant will be responsible and possess the ability to perform successfully the professional services at the Genesee County Airport which shall include, but not be limited to, the completion of the planned airport development projects as listed on the attached Five (5) Year Airport Capital Improvement Plan; the capability to perform all or most aspects of anticipated projects, such as planning, environmental evaluations, financial analysis, architectural design, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering design and construction services and inspections; capability to conduct a value engineering study if required; and familiarity and knowledge of airport grant administration. The successful consultant will also be responsible for coordinating grant drawdowns in coordination with Genesee County administrative staff.
