| Description | The service provider shall furnish a serial-numbered, weather proof and animal resistant +/- 95- gallon roll-out cart to each proposed service address excluding those listed as serviced by dumpster or other means. To ensure a faster start date within the City of Thomson, provisions will be allowed for the provider to utilize current carts owned by the City of Thomson within the City limits. The contract should allow for the change-over to occur within the first twelve (12) months or via mutual agreement. |
