Contract 1 - Water Tower Improvements

Water Tower Improvements include the following: Install sloped concrete floor over the existing flat concrete floor with a coating at the sidewall/new floor junction Replace the existing aluminum roof with a glass-lined roof Replace all the bolts on the tank sidewall Install a drain at the bottom of the sidewall Extend the fill/draw pipe and install deflector bars Install a fall prevention device on the sidewall ladders Modify the overflow pipe discharge Adjust the exiting mixer so that is sits above the floor a specified height

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
