HVAC Replacements for Village of Spring Valley

1. Civic Center – 9 Main Street, Spring Valley, NY. Disconnect and remove two existing Trane rooftop units (Model # YCD180B4H0DB). Supply and install two (2) new Coleman 15-ton roof top units or approved equal, in their place. Supply and install a new curb adapter to fit each new unit to their existing curb, as per manufacturer’s specifications. Install a new economizer that is matched and compatible with each of the new rooftop units. Start up and check the new units for proper operation. Provide crane necessary to remove old rooftop units. Remove old units and all debris related to this job from the building premises. 2- Coleman Rooftop Units – Model # ZS-15N40B4A2BAA4A1 or equal. 2 – Factory Curb Adaptors. 2-Coleman Economizers Model # 182312 or equal. 2. Village of Spring Valley Police Department – 200 North Main Street, Spring Valley, NY. Disconnect and remove two existing rooftop units. Supply and install two (2) new Coleman 4- ton, 208/230 1 Phase roof top units or approved equal, in their place. Start up and check the new units for proper operation. Provide crane necessary to remove old rooftop units. Remove old units and all debris related to this job from the building premises. 2- Coleman Rooftop Units – 4-ton, 208/230 Phase or equal.
